You will be on camera
TEDxEvansville talks are recorded and will be available on the global TEDx YouTube channel in the coming weeks. We will use crowd reaction shots, so please be attentive and don’t do anything you wouldn’t want the world to see.
Laugh, cry, applaud, etc.
You don’t have to be quiet – TED Talks are a conversation between the speaker and the audience. Laugh if something is funny, cry if it pulls your heartstrings and applaud the speaker when appropiate. Have fun and enjoy the TED experience.
Post pictures & selfies
Use the hashtag #TEDxEvansville and feel free to post plenty of pictures today, but please be respectful and put your phone away when a speaker begins.
Share with friends & family
We’re livestreaming the talks on TEDxEvansville.com, Livestream.com and Facebook – be sure to tell your friends & family to watch and see if they can spot you in the crowd!
Breaks & entry to the theatre
The event will feature three speaker segments, with breaks in between. No admittance will be allowed in the theatre during the speaker segments so as not to distract the speakers. If you are outside the theatre when a segment begins, you will have to wait for the next segment.

Parking
There are no parking restrictions on UE’s campus after 5pm, so feel free to park in any open lot or on-street parking.
Registration
Registration begins at 5pm. You can check-in with your digital ticket from your email or Eventbrite app, a printed ticket, or via your name.
