About Rob Carroll
In his 19 years at South Heights Elementary, Rob Carroll has teamed with an incredible group of people to take the school from the bottom 25 schools in the state to a ranking as high as 27th. Because of his leadership, South Heights is the only school in Kentucky to win the National School Change Award. As a five-time National Model School, Rob and his team have hosted more than 400 visitors from around the nation, and South Heights has been featured in three books on education performance.
